This year… we’re turning the volume up and doing things differently.

Back in the early days (when we were still known as Party in the Park), tickets were sold the old-school way — paper tickets from volunteers’ homes. As the event grew bigger and bigger, queues grew longer and demand went through the roof. We introduced a ballot system to keep things fair, and it served us brilliantly for many years.

But it’s 2026…

And Littleastonbury is going digital.

For the first time ever, tickets will be sold through our website. It’s quicker, simpler, fairer — and it keeps costs down for everyone (goodbye stamped addressed envelopes!).

How Tickets Will Be Released

Because this is our first fully online sale, tickets will be sold in limited releases over a few days

Why?

  • To manage demand

  • To keep things fair

  • To make sure no one exceeds the limit

We have always capped ticket numbers per household — and that remains the case.

Maximum 10 tickets per address

All orders will be checked.
If multiple purchases take you over the 10-ticket limit, your entire order will be cancelled, refunded, and returned for resale.

Children are not admitted without an adult so it is not possible to buy child tickets without an adult being purchased at the same time

Child tickets always sell out so please purchase as soon as possible if you want to bring under 18s

You can purchase a maximum of 4 child and 4 toddler tickets per address

We know it’s popular — but fairness comes first.

Booking Fees (Keeping It Transparent)

As a charity event, we have to pass on the ticket processing costs charged to us by the online provider.

We’ve kept this as low as humanly possible:

  • 20p per ticket

  • 3% booking fee per order

That’s simply what it costs us to sell tickets online — nothing more.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CHOSEN THE CORRECT NUMBER OF TICKETS AS WE ARE UNABLE TO CORRECT MISTAKES OR ISSUE REFUNDS ONCE PURCHASED

Important: QR Code does not mean Entry!

After purchase, you’ll receive a QR code confirmation.

But here’s the crucial bit:

You MUST exchange your QR code for a paper ticket on Ticket Collection Day (date TBA).

No paper ticket = no entry.
