Application for tickets

Due to the overwhelming demand for tickets, Party in the Park tickets will be made available by application form only.

Please complete the application form AVAILABLE HERE , identifying the number of adult and children tickets required for your family. (All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult).

You have a choice of how to pay :

Enclose a signed and dated cheque for the correct amount, made payable to:
L.A.R.G.A.
(Please put your name, address and telephone number on the back of the cheque)

or

Send your application form in with your mobile number clearly written. If you are successful you will get a payment link via SMS which you will need to pay within 3 days. This link will expire after this time and you will not be issued with a new one and your allocation of tickets will be offered to the next person on our waiting list. IF YOUR MOBILE NUMBER IS NOT LEGIBLE YOU MAY NOT GET THE TEXT MESSAGE

Payment links have a 3% online booking fee applicable which is not refundable.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INCLUDE:

  • THE CORRECT AMOUNT FOR THE NUMBER OF TICKETS REQUIRED

  • A SIGNED AND DATED CHEQUE

  • A STAMPED ADDRESSED ENVELOPE (THIS IS FOR BOTH METHODS OF PAYMENT)

  • TICK THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BOX ON THE APPLICATION FORM

  • A LEGIBLE MOBILE NUMBER IF PAYING BY CARD

We cannot be held responsible for applications lost in the post and we cannot process incorrectly filled out applications.

TICKET COLLECTION DAY IS 15TH JUNE 2024 (VENUE TO BE ANNOUNCED). THIS IS THE ONLY DAY THAT OUR VOLUNTEERS ARE AVAILABLE TO GIVE OUT TICKETS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CAN COLLECT ON THIS DAY, AND IF NOT THEN ARRANGE FOR SOMEONE TO COME ON YOUR BEHALF. IF YOU DO NOT COLLECT THEM THEN THEY MAY BE REFUNDED AND GIVEN TO THE NEXT PERSON ON OUR STANDBY LIST

Please note: Ticket applications will be drawn and allocated after the closing date and not on a first come first served basis. You will be notified in due course by post as to your ticket allocation and collection details. If you are unsuccessful your cheque will be returned using your stamped addressed envelope.

Tickets will not be available at the gate.

Alternatively you can collect an application form direct from Little Aston Recreational Ground, Pat’s Butchers or Flames Fireplaces during normal opening hours.
